When small piddling sells can drag the SP down like it is (especially after the last announcement) one can't help but come to the inevitable conclusion that it's going to take a lot more than a new Corporate preso to get this thing moving. Full financing and dare I day it, excavators on the ground looks to be only thing capable of moving the SP. FFS this is a frustrating stock to own.
