Initial thoughts are that while this is a step in the right direction, probably not enough to have any significant market reaction.
Anticipated revenues of up to $550,000 per MWe equates to around $5.5million for the 10MW project. Given previous debacles over timeframes, it is understandable why none were included but when will this revenue start to show up?
If they can secure a funding agreement for the final stages of project development and construction, they the market may react more favourably.
