What on earth are you on about? 1.5 qtrs left (after having just raised) and having to restructure acquisition terms. Doesn't look good for the share price in the short term.
Fluorite/Fluorspar PFS not going to be completed for 6 months.. Pricing metrics are ambiguous and TVN's market entry hasn't been adequately determined IMO. It's a hard sell and it will be very interesting to see how the upcoming CR plays out and at what price.. Particularly since cash reserves will be very skimp in the lead up.
Not saying GW cant pull a rabbit out of a hat here - but that is exactly the meadow, I think TVN are in at the moment..
