Sam deal as AZS; pumped up to the eyeballs, raise a shedload of cash at a great price, and then the long term sufferers unload below the cap raising price. But the share price is the share price; it will go up and down a bit but the market cap is not wildly overblown at $250M...
Though, the market is fairly sick at the moment so who knows what's fair value?
