Astounding. I've never come across such a negative forum. So new concessions have been secured, by a management that reputedly does nothing (therefore the concessions appeared by magic), there is a progression of events at least since November when I first bought a parcel, and yet all people do is down-ramp. It is because you want a cheaper price (unlikely to happen, and debatable what effect posting on a forum will have) or are you disgruntled holders who bought at the top of a SP spike in the past and wonder why the SP went down again?
I can tell you from personal experience, 16 months to get something done in South America is nothing. They move extremely slowly over there, and the most basic of enquiries can take weeks or months.
Announcements on La Rioja and the university project are due in the next 2 weeks. Let's see what happens there.
