I'll give props to Jay for being straight with us. He's taken on the difficult job of turning this idealistic plaything of the board from being a boat anchor into a profitable business. (and there's still a ways to go)

More and more over time, I've realized the board is absurdly woke and that has been a hindrance to making some hard business decisions. I'm all for improving social and environmental benefits, but they have to come as a result of good business, not as the driving force behind decision making. I wish we had some hungry mongrel in there to shake things up. Someone with the determination of Bezos or Musk to push hard and fight harder.
