Unfortunately when your paying between $400 and $3000 an hour to lawyers, the normal person in the street has the expectation that they are capable of producing perfect work.
However, from my experience, particularly when kicking out the previous BOD of MLM, the lawyers expectations was that it was up to you to check everything. When your under the pump to deliver, your stressing out, your forking out ridiculous amount of money to lawyers, you trying to do the best you can, sometimes errors happen. In this case, Scott was appreciative of the heads-up.
At the end of the day we have a great BOD, who are running MLM on the smell of an oily rag (wages wise) and cost wise.
