I took the statement more along of the lines of

We are working toward a goal and cannot disclose to just you as doing so would be in breach of asx listing rules and technically insider trading give another individual prior knowledge of an event or fact that the broader market does not. Hence the statement we will disclose in an announcement very soon.

I feel that their is nothing malicious in that content but I do how ever feel you should stop making legal slurs in an attempt to big note yourself.
