Long term tox studies are now underway by a contractor so that longer term trials can begin.
P2b is usually longer term and many more patients than the exploratory trial.....more than 100, not 30!
What sort of efficacy are you taking about ..... a cure??
I don't think they are anywhere near ready to test that. There are no other new combinations available.
What I believe they will and do is try to prove that immune markers have a clinically proven effect on the patients health. They haven't proven that yet. I don't think can try for a cure yet. There's nothing else to go with.
Why can't people understand this?
Anyway, wait for the 100mg dose results and the SAB to let us know.
