Maybe 225 can be added to the current regime for as long as a year, in order to prove that the immune response is providing actual benefit.
Not sure that they can move to P3 until this is done. If they do this in the States, it will be expensive and require a partner. The option may be Thailand and more dilution but I think the 100mg dose will prove enough to pharma for them to team up or buy out.
The tox studies will establish the dose or they may do a twin dose trial.
