I can't help but see the comparison to a nearology play in the mining space. DUB is taking off and this company is similar, so investors are taking note. They are not as advanced, but more enticing than they were before. A bit like when a company strikes gold and the companies with surrounding permits get noticed. Its psychology and herd mentality.
