From the looks of things, expect that WPL would have to land a knock out blow to avoid a stair case upwards in offers, which will be a lengthy process. This is the second attempt by Lukoil to get SNE, so they are obviously serious. Of course this could be Meridian's doing as well seeing that they are also own by Russians.
With the current POO, may be a left field event, but I think REMUS is gone.
