"1 big factor i keep on saying is that they will very soon have THE only PLANT in the region" ERM won't have the only plant in the region, their JV partners TCMG will. There is quite a significant difference.

ERM used to have the only plant in the region but ownership was transferred to Territory back around 2018 in that JV partnership.
