Lord,
You are right, their is a lot of carnage out there ATM at the small end of the market for those that either haven't made it to first production for one reason or another...or just shy due to development plans. Equity providers are some what caught up in by proxy.. its just not the easy to transact atm and lots coming to the table.
EMR will stick to the game plan based on a very long period of doing what they do best...I suspect once the clouds clear we will get a positive development update for the Management team.
