They have to get the kits manufactured, and tested, and these will form part of any TGA application.
That was the primary reason, amongst other issues, why the previous application was withdrawn.
Hence my "cautious optimism" when I saw that they were going to deliver the prototype kits some time this CY.
I doubt they will be lodging a submission with TGA this year, but they have a long runway, and they better not screw it up.
