Just to be clear COVID19 (the 19 referring to the year it emerged) had been a known issue since Feb 2020, by the first of June 2021 (when it was when the Expanded JV was announced which committed TCMG to processing a minimum of 30,000oz) most of the country had experienced lockdowns and a significant part of the country was in a lockdown and the by the 27th of August (when it was announced the mill had been purchased and would be constructed in the first half of 2022) the longest and most extreme lockdowns were at their peak but yet TCMG had no thought that mining costs might increase to make the project uneconomical?
