IMO it appears the BoD are out of their depth .... Don`t have the management skills to put this deal together. I have spoken to the ASX about how long do`s it reply or approve such issues and they said no more than 21 working days unless there are complications or the company has not complied. I asked is it a complex task and they said NO. There are legal firms that specialise in this so it is a NO DRAMA process.... ( I did not mention FTT ) My broker basicly said the same ...
I have been around the market for heck of a long time and IMO I do not believe that this deal is going through... ( I really hate to say that but I like to be realistic and up front. )IMO I do not believe they have come to terms about the price and the conditions that are attached to it...
Hope I am proven wrong ... Being half way through the year at the end of this week it is not unreasonable to expect an announcement ...
