I think this is a good thing for the company. Being exclusive to one customer is a very dangerous path to stay on. Removing it is a smart thing to do. Market has misinterpreted or was bought up in the last few days anticipating it and then as usual sold off once the news is out. Longer term it is the right thing to do for RFT. If you are a trader you should have sold on the news if an investor you should stay and hold as long term will likely add value.
