Technical analysis is relevant across any listed security. To claim otherwise makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It's like saying a big tree needs water but a little tree doesn't need water. Dumb.
Probably why you are still blindly holding hoping for the best.

Technical analysis isn't that hard to understand when you have highly compulsive traits and above avg intelligence. Pretty sure I've made some pretty solid calls that have occurred almost immediately after calling them. In fact I do it often.
