Greedy gale has got to be removed. These spin outs are just benefiting him and his cronies ( board position and directorship fees for the new company, shares/ performance rights) with minimal value/benefit for LRS holders. He has done this before multiple times (OAR, SLM etc)
And he has got his son to do the Maverick IPO raise and collect the fees- complete BS and COI!
We really need to get him out of the company ASAP and an appropriate CEO like peter in charge.
