They haven't included ad revenue in 2024 projections, I'd assume.
Facebook revenue is 98% advertising, as is instagram. Facebook generates 130 billion and insta 50billion in advertising.
I know 360 isn't that big but you get what I mean.

And dual listing within 2 years.

Facebook 3 billion users.
Insta 2.4 billion users.
360 61 million users.
