Hi thanks for your reply and i get all that what i don't get is the following.

I am talking about the separate listing of Capital Cannibis, the public offering to raise 15 million upon shareholder approval, what stake, plus the dilution to CMY, and what CMY actually end up with/share of company etc.

I am interested but confused just hoping someone may be already aware or have a better understanding of the mentioned.
