the fundamentals of bod is strong,bod just ran out of money, my theory/ conspiracy is bod has banked all the money it has gather insted of paying off the creditors and being broke, they call in the VA to handle them..

that way if they can work something out bod will have capital to move forward with.. but it would have to be a good DOCA for the creditors to vote yes too..

i dont know just spit balling, genius move if im right.. i just think how bod have all these projects starting around the world just to give up now?? but i have accepted what ever the outcome, i knew the risk.
