Shareholders Meeting
The MOW Special Meeting was held today at 11 a.m.
Both resolutions before the meeting were passed. Resolution 1, given its
significance to the Company was voted on by way of a poll. The Company can
confirm votes were 92.59% in favour and 7.41% against.
The sale is expected to complete early next week and a further market
announcement will be released at that time.
The company intends to holds its annual meeting in September when the future
of the Company will be discussed in detail.
