At the Special General Meeting held today at the Langham hotel, Auckland, the
following resolution was passed:
For the purposes of section 241(2)(a) of the companies act 1993 (Act), the
Shareholders approved by way of Special Resolution the appointment of Andrew
McKay and Justin Bosley of Corporate Finance Ltd as liquidators of
Renaissance (the Liquidation)
