1. dilution if only 25% is way way too low And very unrealistic - it assumes most of cap ex will be funded by borrowings. There needs to be a lot more drilling which needs funding. Dilution if at least 100% if not multiples of that.
2. price if $21,500 is about current price in US $ and if in A$ then It would be about $14k in $US
I do not have the knowledge to check the other assumptions but given my 2 comments above which seem fairly basic I would have to question if your other assumptions are sensible. Perhaps you should supply some evidence to justify the other assumptions. I am not suggesting your other assumptions are not sensible I just have no basis to validate them.
You are estimate about 4mt of Nickel which is huge - can you provide the evidence to justify that estimate?
