Company secretary has not yet returned my call from Friday.
Elkayam has not responded to my email from yesterday.
Borg from HSBC has not responded to my email from yesterday.
NAB have not responded to the escalation for more than a week so I spent another hour getting through to NAB only to be told the 'higher ups' still do not know what to do so the escalation will be escalated again. What a C.F. of bureaucracy.
And to boot NAB now stalling the company application as even though I have been a customer for 25 years in banking and trading: they want more ID certification and the other director has to present himself to a branch!! Imagine: An original JP Certified copy Passport not good enough.
I did not realize there were any NAB branches still open anywhere?
But there is a lesson here: one can learn a lot about corporate culture during an event like this.
