1. Game sessions are hosted on servers, each having their own implementation of how scores and results are tracked. Depending upon the game, some results can be automated by connecting to the server with specific commands to grab that data and store it in Mogul's database. Others might not be so open and require a tournament administrator to manually input scores and results into Mogul's database. The savings are significant because it means Mogul can really scale out more tournaments and games without much human intervention.
2. I'm not well versed with the ad revenue side of things. I anticipate that ads can be adopted within the branded hub and gamers clicking on ads will result in revenue coming in for Microsoft and Mogul.
3. I believe it's a move into this space. There are already placements for sponsor logos and the like to get more clicks back to the sponsors of the tournaments, so I believe it's not far from the mark there. Again not well versed here. The platform is so malleable that they could easily implement ads moving forward, given how often they iterate on their product.
