With a permanent seat (shared with the PCA - Permanent Court of Arbitration) at the Peace Palace in the Hague.

Something that could have been available to LLL/Ganfeng as a last resort, but under the relevant Mining Code, (either 2012, 2019 or 2023) any arbitration must go through the Malian Court of Common Law unless the Establishment Agreement allows for it to go to International Arbitration, but given the governments disregard to these agreements as displayed by the recent announcements (FFX & LLL) it would have been a waste of time & money as I would suggest the GoV would just ignore any rulings not in their favour.

Also of note, the Governments free carry is set at a minimum of 10% (2023 Mining Code) but doesn't indicate a cap, whereas the previous code it was a flat 10% free carry - not our problem now though.

@camban re: as per previous post LLL share of profit, profits recorded for the financial year, the state takes its 10% (or free carried percentage) as a special dividend payment before the remainder is goes into the MLBV.
