Totally forgot to include the cents per share if selling the royalty stream ..... as I indicated, cash back without a figure but that was with an after wine hangover, lol

I have the Jardine report somewhere but if Jardine have attributed $70m, is pretty close to what I left off the screen grab (bolded below), doh .. ..

Accounting for 1 year of royalties received by 30 June 2025 .....
Leaving the agreement with 19 years remaining, 19 x 500,000t per annum (stage 1 output) = 9,500,000t x US$1,000t (arbitrary spodumene price)
= US$9,500,000,000 x 1.5% royalty = US142,500,000 (A$212,325,500) which actually = A$0.177c per share (without discount/s)

The remaining JV balance of US$21.8m (A$32,482,000) was at the 31st March, and as they were up to the 8th May announcement still co-funding the project I left that out without having a figure.

Tax (referring to Capital Gains) is difficult without seeing the "revised" financials, and financials are my nemesis.
