    The 65% is in millerite. It is a hydrothermally recrystallised nickel sulphide and has a very high Ni %. The source is most likely the disseminated sulphide mass. Interesting but an oddity really.
    when you remobilise massive or matrix sulphides they are typically mechanically squeezed so the nickel sulphide usually remains pentlandite. It has a max Ni % of 22%.

    now if the main disseminated mass was millerite it would be much more interesting as it would suggest a secondary hydrothermal nickel sulphide that has likely scavenged Ni from the silicate mass. With the main disseminated Ni sulphide being pentlandite and it ide tofied as magmatic then i remain dubious that there is not significant Ni in silicate phases.
