Change of Company Name

Further to the announcement made to the NZX in September 2014 regarding its
new corporate brand, Turners & Growers Limited (NZX:TUR) advises that the
company will change its name to T&G Global Limited as from the close of
business on Friday 22 May 2015, and will be quoted on the NZX Main Board
under the code TGG from market opening on 25 May 2015.

In addition, the Company's Registered Office has changed from 2 Monahan Road,
Mt Wellington, Auckland to 1 Clemow Drive, Mt Wellington, Auckland.
