a guess would be WGX which first needs market cap size similar or larger to take out RMS.
WGX will soon achieve that.
It also needs grade rise through its plants which is coming.
It has 18 months or so for RMS to reach its point of vulnerability both in plant supply and for joint synergies to be near term/near immediate and market obvious.
