Why do you expect a negative news? Should there be a capital rising due to a reversal from western development to the east west link because the Vic Gov. doesn't have the 1.5 billions to pay back to Federal government.
Andrews has no power at all. He is hopeless. A no brainer. He did scrap the EWL to win the government. That's it. Now the public knows the truth about the scary compensation. He'll be sacked one day.
