If you punch into google maps New Clark City Aquatics Centre and then map it to the destination of Centennial Road, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines, you should see it's a 30km, 48 min drive. It's not even close. You cannot remotely compare the two pieces of land.

I'm a holder in EGP, so if we still have it in the portfolio then I hope for our sake SIT does well with this piece of land.

Thats the downside of trying work out the value of an asset from a keyboard.
For what its worth I gave up trying to value it and will just wait out the resolution like Red Baron.
