I meant I personally have no idea about valuations, I can just go by what the experts say. EGP did extensive research on recent sales etc etc. They then invested heavily in the company.

As for court cases, I'd guess & it is a guess, the outcome would be 50/50, if it goes our way we may get that $26m (from memory - might be wrong) back, I'm certainly not counting on it.

You're assuming one seller for the 7m shares which is over the last 3 days, 1m today, 2m yesterday & 4m Tuesday, only a bit over $100k worth. Don't really see how you assume it's one seller. I'd say some opportunistic buyers taking advantage of sellers looking for an out. I'm not saying its without risk, as I already hold, I'll await the sale of the land before I sell.
