I agree and I reaffirm that IMO this will move faster than what the market is factoring in.
A high level of engagement was a pre-requisite for requiring the undertaking of such a sophisticated experiment. It is reasonable to assume that, in the course of that engagement, discussion of a commercial nature took place and were agreed upon in principle.
The words of the CEO at the end of the webinar (@15'.20" here ) would confirm that.
Another factor of which both parties are certainly aware is that - in this modality (ADC) - once clinical trials commence the price tag changes too, considerably:

And I suspect that the potential partner was indeed aware of this and that this awareness grounded the underlying rationale for requesting the experiment in the first place: to avoid having to pay 10x more in a potential bidding war after Phase 1.
Another thing that I've noticed - as others also have - is the very laconic nature of the announcement, just one page, followed by nothing but a tweet.
This lack of 'self-promotion' signals something: that the CEO wants to avoid having to comment on activities that could be well underway and be subject to commercial confidentiality.
