So your saying there has been a formal process to get offers?
No serious property developer is going to waste there time / put in an offer if there is no formal process, no formal documentation (information memorandum equivalent etc). You could spend days of time and $ on your offer and then it just gets awarded to another party.
Surely if Nic was an interested party (buyer) he should have acknowledged the conflict of interest and removed himself from being the person conducting the sales process. You can't be the seller and buyer.
