I am so far removed that I can only speculate. Is selling at a valuation of US$22.5m (AU$31m) fair and reasonable? If it is completely unreasonable then someone could put in a competing bid to take a "look at the books" (not that there are any books). I'm not saying there'll be any process, just trying to figure out why board and management would be okay.
