I just opened the annual report and the Chairman writes
"The continued trajectory of WHL Energy’s performance during the year has largely been as a result of the ability of a small but highly capable management team and staff to not only meet, but exceed expectations and I thank them for their effort."
I'm left to ponder what particular trajectory is being discussed. The cap. raising is issuing shares at a lower value than the one we had at the end of last year. After all the "progress" with partners for the Seychelles and La Bella projects through 2014 management are indicating that a share in WHL is worth 0.01 vs 0.011 last year. How does that work ?
