I would of thought it was relatively easy to relist , Just need to do a cash issue double the amount of shares on offer and buy an existing company with a great forward projection based on 3 years old figures from the private sector ...any idiot would know this! Offer them some candy to come aboard......But then what do I know?. Think Nasdaq NK is a buy around current levels ...Came from $43.00 currently $1.33. DYOR.IMHO
