Todays AGM will go to prove that this company is a LIFE STYLE company for the BoD with the salary increase being approved by S/H`s. AS the sheep of this company blindly and recklessly support this motion of increasing the fees by a whopping 150% IMO.... Cost savings allegedly made during the year are totally false as the BoD have chosen to have those savings swallowed up into Directors fees.... IMO this is a totally shameful and scurrolous act and abuse of privelege .... IMO behaviour I believe we are being paid back for dumping the company on Winters.... a company he wishes he has no interest in.... IMO what is further appalling major S/H`s are going along with it.... ... Why ? IMO they were offered shares in that CR at .006 which was more than 50% below the SP....
