If SYT were to do a CR then it would be at 75% of the VWAP over the last 15 trading days. Without doing all the volumes x price and just looking at the last 15 days before going into suspension, the VWAP would easily be .002 or perhaps slightly above. 75% of .002 = 0.0015.
But that's just the theory if SYT were to do a CR.
