Hey Wazdan Could it be that the directors shares as described for the post consolidation worth of 2.4c valued at $36k is due to closing price of .001 and can’t be issued for less than 75% of that price? 80% of the closing price .001 equals the 2.4c value they have placed on the issue of the directors shares It may not mean they’re withholding information or it may not mean we are having a raise at that price, and merely just working out the value in which they will be issuing them at this point in time
