I have written to the general email address for shareholders asking a few questions for the AGM,

- Is the AGM able to be live streamed or dialed into
- Carly has very few available vehicles how will this be resolved before the proposed mass marketing/advertising
- 93+% of holders did not take part in the last cap raise, outside of Covid issues this surely is a sign of shareholder concern does the board see it this way ? On top of this revenue has been stuck between $500-900k since Dec 2017 how do we get mire value out of all the deals we have struck, Hyundai and she fleet deals over a year old now yet no real increase in vehicle numbers or revenue. how do we get to see shareholder value?

There are some obvious and easy answers for parts of the above but 93% of holders not taking part in a cap raise, the consistency in making deals that seem good but don't effect revenue etc etc
