Missed timelines, Tony selling his 10M options to have them dumped by the broker on Market was another very big mistake. The shares should have been arranged to be transferred to safe hands not a flipper after a quick buck! the Avanti shemozzle was another weight on the share price. This all coincided with the go live with Phenix and Coviu. The share prices at the time was in an ascending triangle formation and was ready to pop hovering in the high TEENS. Instead the share price sailed South when everyone thought it was going up for sure no - thanks BOD... This was poor form by the board for approving it shows just how much they care about their shareholders I did not like that blunder one bit and I will never forget it... I am only a shareholder still because of the fantastic medically cleared products that I believe will infiltrate this booming telehealth space... I do think they will slowly deliver... amongst some of this negativity they have succeeded with TGA and CE clearance for adults and children and have inked a couple of Australian deals and they have been successful with SleepCheck.. amongst a few other things in the works with RB etc. Not all bad news... Just need a kick up the bum for the errors and snail paced movements abroad in the telehealth space... VOTE NO! Rock the Boat get them working harder for us and make them think before they act to avoid stupid mistakes...
