If the Brazil scheme gets voted down it would be against my investment hypothesis here, that is I participated in the raise for Brazil only, Africa is a sideline. I suspect many others did also.

On its face imo the deal is weighted in Foxfire’s favour no question and if the relationship between the two parties was superficial or somewhat distant then I wouldn’t be confident and would probably stay away. But for me the very reasons for the disproportionate weighting of the deal - exploration costs footed by si6, 600 odd million shares and options to FF, 50/50 split, royalties etc highlight that the bookrunners are confident they have something. Remember that Foxfire have been privately running around Brazil for 10 years accumulating leases, 200 at last count and exploring (including RC drilling) many of these. Si6 have a look at the first batch released to market from the guy who runs Foxfire, who happens to hold 200m shares in si6 and who contributed another 300k last CR. I don’t think the tenements in the proposal will be duds….
