Similar observations here. This Bell Potter seller keeps reloading at 2 cents. If you want to sell you can put orders at 2.1 or 2.2 and sell with a higher price but no, this seller keeps selling at 2 cents to hold the price in the range.
I won't be surprised that the same entity behind the scenes buying via IBA.
The only one who can benefit from this is Patras Capital. Looks like market manipulation.
