Your position of venomous bias is evident in what you post. Funny that you used to be one of the major cheerleaders for HCT when you were a holder.

What a2zz says makes perfect sense to me. The Dr will no longer get a salary, directors fees or any other perks from HCT. The only income he can "milk" from the company is through a rise in the SP on his very substantial holding. There can be no so-called "backdoor" deals as the authorities will now be all over this company's dealings and long suffering shareholders might at last see a change in fortunes, the Dr included. Still, you keep up your campaign to reduce shareholder value - until you once again decide to buy!
