Why should he allowed to use his voting power? A 5-year moratorium on him using, selling and purchasing any shares to influence the company would work in the best interest of the SHs. ASIC may appeal and SHs may seek class action to prevent him from exercising any control or influence over anyone and anything in the company. Any overseas companies listed in ASX and run by an individual ike Rajen are harmful. There should be a strong message and lesson loud and clear to Rajena, which would prevent others following Rajen's path.
